It could also be “Saints and Saintly Figures”

or "Saints and Venerable Figures"
So let’s please be clear: Όσιος is not less saintly or holy than a saint. And “holy” does not point to monasticism. “Venerable” would be more helpful in that respect:
In the Orthodox Church the term "Venerable" is commonly used as the English-language translation of the title given to monastic saints (Greek: Hosios)

In the Eastern Orthodox Church, the title Ὅσιος, Hosios (f. Ὁσία Hosia) is also used. This is a title attributed to saints who had lived a monastic or eremitic life, and it is equal to the more usual title of "Saint".

Το Ορθόδοξο αγιολόγιο της Εκκλησίας με τον όρο «Όσιοι» δεν κάνει κάποια διάκριση μεταξύ της αξίας (δεν μπορεί κάποιος να είναι περισσότερο ή λιγότερο άγιος) των Αγίων αλλά δείχνει ότι οι συγκεκριμένοι Άγιοι ήταν μοναχοί ή ασκητές.

Όσιος is translated as "Saint" as a noun and "saintly" or "holy" or "venerable"as an adjective. For example, Οσία Μαρία της Αιγύπτου will also be found as Αγία Μαρία της Αιγύπτου and in English is “Saint Mary of Egypt”.
