Penso che "twitch" possa essere tradotto come "fremere/vibrare" in quanto potrebbe essere anche un movimento non volontario del galagone bruno.
"Furiously" invece non credo debba essere tradotto letteralmente, in quanto "furiosamente" sembrerebbe una descrizione dello stato d'animo del galagone. Credo che "feneticamente/in modo frenetico" sia una resa migliore.

Il galagone bruno è dotato di "orecchie estremamente sensibili che fremono/vibrano/sventolano freneticamente/in modo frenetico mentre cerca di ascoltare/percepire il rumore/suono di predatori in avvicinamento"
"Furiously" invece non credo debba essere tradotto letteralmente, in quanto "furiosamente" sembrerebbe una descrizione dello stato d'animo del galagone. Credo che "feneticamente/in modo frenetico" sia una resa migliore.
