direct quota

English to Italian Marketing Marketing Inside Sales
5+ years "direct quota" carrying field sales experience and 2+ years management experience

I understand direct quota is the quota of sales assigned as a target to an individual sales person. I just could not find a translation or a hit in Italian on the web. I thought of quota individuale, quota singola, but they did not have any correspondence in Italian. My text is a job advert, it also talks about sales quota and revenue quota, which are the same thing, quote di vendita. So I can not get away from quota as a word to explain this term as it is used in the rest of the text. Any marketing expert out there able to help? I need to deliver in 46 mins.

Thank you for your post Michele, unfortunately it is not about milk quotas (where I think it is about export sales), it is about Insales marketing, it is a different subject and a different meaning. I start thinking they don't translate the term at all. :-(. Or maybe the same term is used, but I need to be sure.
