English to Arabic Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

The obligations shall survive the termination of this Agreement for a period of five (5) years thereafter, unless the disclosing Party advises the receiving Party to keep the confidentiality of such information for a longer period, not to exceed an additional five (5) years, wherein such longer period shall apply.
