The escudilla is a kind of bowl. What I don't get here is the pie anular. (?) Any ceramics buffs out there?

Foot-ring vs. Base ring
As for the references provided below, it seems that base ring / base ring ware is used for archeological pieces while more modern ones (as 17th and 18th century pieces) are described as having a foot-ring.
Piezas arqueológicas:
Base Ring Ware, comprised mainly of jugs and juglets, known as Bilbils, but also bowls. The vessels are locally made of brown clay, sometimes coated with cream burnished slip and/or red bands decoration. Typical to the Late Bronze Age IIA and B. The Base Ring II ware are distinguishable by the painted stripes decorations, as apposed to the Base Ring I plastic decoration.
