“solicito la libertad plena y sin restricciones de mi defendido/
solicito la libertad plena y total de mi defendido”
I have been hesitating between

: I would say that “unconditional” would be the word needed here. “Full release “ or “unrestricted release” sound odd.

That was my initial assessment as well. However, I think it would be better to avoid “unconditional” since, I presume, there is always the “condition” to return to ct. until the case is resolved. Reg “full,” maybe can be held on 1 case but not other, etc.

This definition/description of “arraignment” (https://legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/arraignment) does fit the meaning of “audiencia de presentación”

Yes.
A group of people were arrested during a violent protest, they have been in custody for a couple of days and this is the presentation hearing (audiencia de presentación), where the prosecutors present them before the Court and accuse them of obstructing the public thoroughfare.
(2) Is this a habeas corpus case? or an application for bail? or something else?
