Italian term

Colati

Italian to English Other Food & Drink Industrial confectionery production
The term refers to confectionery products/sweets, such as fruit jellies, that are poured into molds. My guess is that cast or poured products could be right, but I wondered if anyone has more specific knowledge of this sector and might know if either of those terms are correct, or if there is a better term.

Any links to glossaries for this sector would also be much appreciated.

Many thanks in advance.

Context The context is a set of production/test procedures/instructions for a company that produces sweets of the boiled, gummy and jelly types. To give a couple of examples:
Reparto colati
Caporeparto produzione caramelle e colati

Could we have the context, please?

Cast

with a little research on the web on candy casting and moulding, including chocolate and hard candies, this appears to be the term most often used. It applies to any material that can be poured or cast into a mould.
