Doy un nivel bajo de seguridad, porque no estoy demasiado seguro de todo el contexto.
Lo de "sobredosis" se usa principalmente en drogas y medicinas. En un contexto de fabricación de papel, supongo que se hablará de "sobreabastecido", "sobrealimentado"...
