The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Company may disclose any such information (including, without limitation, information relating to your transactions and accounts) for any of the purposes described above to:
the MFSA or any other competent regulatory authority, or any other governmental authority, regulator, tax or fiscal authority, law enforcement agency, court or tribunal;
any exchange, clearing house and self-regulated organisation (whether of a governmental nature or otherwise), in anyjurisdiction, as and when requested by them;
as required by the Applicable Laws;
service providers, brokers, dealers, custodians, agents, bankers, auditors and professional advisers;
anyone to whom we transfer or propose to transfer any of our rights or duties under this Agreement; and
credit reference agencies or other organisations that help us and others make credit decisions and reduce theincidence of fraud or in the course of carrying out identity, fraud prevention or credit control checks.
Any such disclosure of information shall be made by the Company solely in order to enable to be undertake the Services in accordance with the Applicable Laws.
