English to Portuguese Tech/Engineering Law: Contract(s)

"XXXX reserves the right to exclude Users who misuse the Portal from further use. In particular, “misuse” occurs when the User:

- performs an action which disproportionately ***strains*** the servers, computers or network of XXXX.

- uses automated systems to access the Portal or uses software to extract data from the Portal (known as “screen scraping“), whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes;

- circumvents existing restrictions in robot exclusion headers on the Portal or circumvents measures intended to restrict or limit access to the Portal;
