contrato de condiciones particulares

Law/Patents
Law: Contract(s)
Seems to be a type of contract used by the holiday rental industry in Spain. Any idea what the English translation would be?

special terms and conditions agreement
I think this is quite possibly a separate agreement - one imposed by the establishment in addition to that of the agency/company with whom the holiday has been booked

Comment: "Thanks! I agree that it is a separate agreement. Very helpful suggestion!"

: that would back translate to "condiciones de contrato" // you are making the assumption there is one single contract/agreement; the ST strongly suggests that the the property's T&Cs are separate

Hi, Allegro. In English this type of contract is generally entitled "Specific/Special Conditions of Contract".//No actually I assumed that there were "Specific Conditions of Contract" in addition to "General Conditions of Contract".

unless... is set as a special condition of the reservation within the contract
That clause is poorly worded in Spanish; it's not a special kind of contract, it just refers to conditions set in the contract. A better wording would be:
(or something to that effect)
Therefore, I would recommend to translate as:
1. ......, unless another arrival time is set as a special condition of the reservation within the contract.
As for references, I think those provided by the other respondents are excellent and just go to prove that "special conditions" are a part of a contract and not a type of contract.

: I understand your reasoning, but there may well be a separate agreement imposed by the establishment and to which the guest will be bound; the source text seems to say this

I understand your argument, which uses the same assumption as the other answers, but the reason I posted this alternative was because I disagree!
