Hello all.
This is from an apostille issued by the Legalizations Department of the Venezuelan Foreign Affairs Ministry.
A stamp at the foot of the apostille reads:
"[Signature]
[Name]
Coordinador de Asuntos Especiales
G.O. 39.097 del 13/01/2009 Rs. DM No. 00xxx"
Anyone have an idea about this? I presume G.O. means "gaceta oficial". Perhaps "Rs." means "resolución", but I don't know what "Rs. DM" could mean. I've seen Resolución No. DM/000xxx in the Venezuelan Official Gazette, but surely "Rs. DM No." is not the same is it?

| Perfect, Taña! Many thanks for that. Yes, I first thought of "Decreto Ministerial", but it didn't seem to fit the syntax. "Despacho Ministerial" looks spot on. |
