WARRANTY AGREEMENT
I understand this sentence somewhat differently to TechLawDC; I do not see "de incorporacion" as having a "supplemental" meaning at all, but rather the idea of being able to "join up" to the warranty agreement. I would therefore translate this as:
A WARRANTY AGREEMENT may only be signed when....
But it is possible that I have misread this...!

: I think with "joining up" or "subscribing to" you have the right idea, James, but I'm not sure your suggestion accurately reflects that idea. I also imagine it's a guaranty rather than a warranty. Saludos!
