本地技术维护
看上下文，似可译成“本地技术维护”（Technical local care)。 当服务器都在云端的时候，本地的维护量大为减少。比如，我从前作为sysadmin的环境，需要有个专人每天负责从机器中取走备份的磁带，再装载下次备份的磁带。诸如此类的本地维护工作很多，比如硬件的维护、电源的维护，等等。但是一旦移到了云端，类似的这些工作就省掉了，都在云端被云端的人员、设备处理了。不过总的来说，原文有点问题，用了一个很罕见（或产生歧义）的缩写，又没有给出全名。
