daftar nilai issued 1990
The letters are in three columns showing marks next to every subject in the Daftar Nilai issued at Universitas Indonesia in 1990.
Under the letter N there are letters (B, C) and under the letters K and M only figures (from 2 till 12). Must be some grading system at the UI.

Mark, Credits, Weight
This is an educated guess but N = Nilai = Mark, K = Kredit = Credits, M = Mutu = Weight. Under “N” the four probable marks are A, B, C and D. Every A is worth 4x the credits earned, every B 3x, every C 2x and every D 1x. The mark is then multiplied by the credits.
So if for example a subject was worth 3 credits and the person got a C mark, then the weight would be 2x 3 = 6, or written in full N = C, K = three, M = six. If this fits with the columns you have then my guess may be correct

N = nilai (grade)
K = kredit (credit)
M = mutu (point earned)
Generally, there is one more column: AM = angka mutu (grade point)

Score, Credit, Grade
☕ An N (Nilai) is always a number; it generally represents a Score weighted or averaged from: (a) Mid-Semester Test score (nilai ujian tengah semester); (b) Assignment scores (nilai-nilai tugas kuliah); and (c) Final Test score (nilai ujian akhir semester).
A K (Kredit) is a a number too, representing Credit for that particular course/subject (mata kuliah). During my university years three decades ago, this number was generally between 1 and 4.
An M (Mutu) is a letter indicating the Grade achieved, and corresponding to the score. E.g. (in general cases) a student will get a Grade of A if her/his score is above 80, B for above 70 and up to 80, and so on. In general, getting a grade of D, E, or F is considered to be a failure/non-passing (see the 1st reference below), so the course must be re-taken.
⛱ Credit will be multiplied by a number representing the grade (e.g. A = 4, B = 3, ...) to get a Grade Point. Grade Points from all courses will be averaged to get Grade Point Average or IPK (see the 3rd reference).

GPA: the grade point average for one semester; this is equal to the grade points divided by the attempted credit hours in the courses in which a grade of A, B, C, D, F or WF is received (including “plus” or “minus” grades—for example, A-, B+).
