Botany

double-flowered flat-topped white aster
Martina, I love gardening though I'm not a botany-savvy translator :)

I'm sure you have the Sommeraster (Leo):
flat-topped white aster [BOT.]
parasol whitetop [BOT.]
Hope it helps

: I think Leo is wrong. Flat-topped white aster is the common name of Doellingeria umbellata. This is Callistephus chinensis.

: "Full-petalled" is just another term for "double", the term botanists usually use.

Discussion
In my opinion, and as a translator of many gardening books, none of the three answers is correct. I think it should be "double, summer-flowering asters". You left out the beginning of this seed catalogue entry, which is online, and says that the plant is Callistephus chinensis, China aster. That's its common name, which is Krallenaster in German, and which appears at the top of the entry.
"Sommerastern" is a description, summer-flowering asters, not the name of the plant.
I'd like to post this, but I don't want to go to all the trouble just for you to close the question without choosing an answer (not necessarily mine, though I believe it's the right one).
