Hi everyone,
I'm really struggling over how to explain (as I'm not sure an actual translation exists) 'hanekismo' - this appears to be a type of poetic/artistic movement followed by a particular poet/writer, but there's no context given about it and very little online. I'm wondering if the word itself conveys something specific in Spanish (does it perhaps play on 'nanekismo' in some way?).
The only other mentions I can find of 'hanekismo' on the internet refer to the film director Michael Haneke, which surely wouldn't be right here? Any help or bright ideas would be greatly appreciated!
Here's the sentence for more context:
"Hermanarse en el amor libre del Arte es la solución… no obstante: qué voy a decir yo: si predico en la literatura un movimiento llamado «hanekismo»."
Thanks!

Spanish term (edited):
si predico en la literatura un movimiento llamado Hanekismo.
Selected
since, when it comes to literature, I personally am a follower of Haneke.
This, or something along these lines, would probably do.

Or something like (to connect literature and filmmaking:
since, when it comes to literature, I personally the approach of the filmmaker Michael Haneke

I meant in my second suggestion:
since, when it comes to literature, I personally favor the approach of the filmmaker Michael Haneke

Whoops again. Here is the correct version of the second suggestion:

Such solutions are often required, given that Spanish is far more given to such eponymous terms than English. Thank you, Marie.

"In many ways, The White Ribbon is an atypical work. It’s a historical piece. It involves a massive cast. It has a sweep that we don’t expect to find in a director who so often enjoys microscopic examinations of frailties and psychoses. One thing is, however, very Hanekian: the sense of mystery. It’s easy to say what happens in the film, but it’s not quite so easy to say what it’s about."
