Ich neigte vorher auch immer spontan zu "Degustationsmenü", bis ich eine Übersetzung hatte, in der es immer wieder um vegetarian tasting menus ging und die Degustationsmenüs einfach nicht dazu passten. Es ging einfach nur darum, dass dort komplett vegetarische Menüs angeboten wurden.
Aus meiner Erfahrung, die natürlcih auch nicht maßgeblich ist, umfasst Degustationsmenü im Deutschen meist eine Art vorgegebene Abfolge von Weinen - oder auch Bier - zur Verkostung eben. Aber... wie gesagt, es kommt ja auf den genauen Kontext an. Wenn es nicht spezifiziert ist, würde ich nur von Menü sprechen.
