"Salpicado de sangre" seems to be commonly used to describe "blood splatter," and I thus thought that "salpicado de sangre desprendido/a" for the equivalent of the posted term in Spanish. This seems not to be the case. "Padron de salpicado de sangre" also is not used.
I look forward to your suggestions.
