English to Russian Tech/Engineering Computers (general)

Solutions shall mean the operating functions available to Customer within the framework of the Application Services covered by the present contract.

Application Services shall mean the SaaS services delivered by Provider and allowing Customer to use the Solutions

The purpose of this Contract is to define the terms and conditions applied to the Services ordered by the Customer according to which:
- Provider supplies Customer with a right to access the Provider's servers within the conditions defined herein;
- Provider supplies Customer with a right to use the Solutions as an end user;
- Provider supplies Customer with a set of services, defined herein, including data hosting, maintenance of the Application Services and technical assistance.
