Indice de Adjudicación de Pulmón
Se analizan retrospectivamente los datos de los resultados del trasplante de pulmón único y doble cuantificándolos por el Indice de Adjudicación de Pulmón (Lung Allocation Score- LAS). El parámetro analizado fue la supervivencia del injerto, en pacientes con enfermedad pulmonar obstructiva crónica (EPOC) y fibrosis pulmonar idiopática (FPI), trasplantados entre 2005 y 2012. Participaron 4234 individuos con FPI y 3174 pacientes con EPOC, de los cuales recibieron trasplante unipulmonar 2010 y 3174, respectivamente.
