Hi,
The general rule in Norwegian is that you write numbers from 1 to 12 with letters, numbers from 13 and above should be kept in a numeric format. Make sure not to mix them, you can't write something such as "My children are three, eight and 15 years old".
In ads you don't necessary have to follow this standard since it is obviously important to make an emphasis on a number, you may therefore write: "5 sports drinks for free" since this catches more attention.
I hope this helps.
