English term

Subject to and without waiving those objections

English to Spanish Law/Patents Law (general)

I'm translating a letter of request and there are a few legal terms and expressions whose exact translation into Spanish I don't know. I do understand the meaning of the sentence, but I would love for someone to give me a hand and tell me the exact Spanish formula used in this field. Thanks in advance!

"Subject to and without waiving those objections, I state that Mr Smith, as an executor of the Will (...)".
