Nah It's too much trouble :) I guess the Asker could simply grade my first answer (should he find the other option acceptable), couldn't he? Thanks, anyway.
David Knowles Dec 10, 2016:
Another answer You just answer it again. You'll get a warning, but it's OK. You can then hide the first answer if you want. (Anyway, that worked the last time I tried it.)
El oso Dec 10, 2016:
Well, I might as well put up another answer :) It's too bad, but I don't know how.
David Knowles Dec 10, 2016:
I agree with El oso - well put!
El oso Dec 10, 2016:
@Asker Знаете (не будучи сторонником витиеватости), лично я бы, вероятно, гораздо проще написал: "Please MAKE SURE that the documents are sent in a safe and timely manner"
LarisaK Dec 10, 2016:
Я бы чуть изменила ваш вариант "We urge you to treat the dispatch of these sets of documents seriously..." , в "We urge you to treat the documents dispatch seriously".

We urge you to dispatch these documents as soon as possible

Depends a bit on whether the request is for speed or care - should they be dispatched quickly or are they particularly sensitive or fragile?
If it's security, then maybe "securely" would be better.
Note from asker:
David, the context implies that they may have lost (or pretend to have lost) very important documents that were supposed to be registered with the Ministry of Justice.
