English to Russian Bus/Financial Finance (general) INR accounts

For INR accounts, the banks have made our accounts as a dormant one. As a result, the statement is not generated. Approached manager and had some arguments and my efforts of convincing him the need for such statement has failed. He is simply repeating that the account is not being operated without understanding the reasons for . Sometimes i feel they are driving us to closure the account . Because of this kind of non cooperation by the staff the branch has lost good clients and been degraded from the GM branch to AGM branch.
