As this seems to be related to Twitter I believe 'number of impressions' is the right translation. Twitter gives users two types of data, 'Number of Impressions' (number of people who saw the tweet) and 'Total Engagements' (number of tweet interactions, comments, retweets etc.). You will have to put this in the context of the rest of the document (as 'impactos' could mean either impressions or engagements) but I believe impressions is probably the most appropriate in this case.
