My KudoZ Portuguese term search does not throw up any matching term of interest.
I agree with Douglas and leave him free to post his Liquidator idea - which was also my hunch, whilst would hint at a distinction between a US corporate vs. partnership bankruptcy trustee and a UK company liquidation 'on the ground(s) of insolvency or because it is 'just and equitable' (e.g. a blazing row on the Board of Directors or with shareholders).
Howbeit, I canot see whether there has been a 'concordato preventivo', as scheme of arrangement.
