insolvency administrator; insolvency practitioner

Consulte aqui:http://iate.europa.eu/FindTermsByLilId.do?lilId=3552317&lang...
Example sentence:

Portuguese term (edited): (Bra) Comissário (insolvency/scheme of arrangement)

(Concordato/BrE) Scheme Trustee > (AmE: corp.) Bankruptcy Trustee

My KudoZ Portuguese term search does not throw up any matching term of interest.

I agree with Douglas and leave him free to post his Liquidator idea - which was also my hunch, whilst would hint at a distinction between a US corporate vs. partnership bankruptcy trustee and a UK company liquidation 'on the ground(s) of insolvency or because it is 'just and equitable' (e.g. a blazing row on the Board of Directors or with shareholders).

Howbeit, I canot see whether there has been a 'concordato preventivo', as scheme of arrangement.
