web analytics
The phrase is: analyser une descente produit
No further context I'm afraid. As far as I can gather, this is related to web analytics.
See below for a FR definition:

I can't think of an equivalent English term. Not 'product listing' I don't think. Perhaps "product search"?
Thanks you very much in advance for any help you can give.

product navigation
From the description in French and from thinking about this carefully and looking at a few e-commerce 'advice sites', I think this comes a little closer to what's described. There may be an even more specific term, but I can't find it (in my head or online) at the moment.
This would fit the description "La descente produits désigne l’action qui consiste pour le visiteur d’un site marchand à accéder au produit ou type de produit recherché à partir de la page d’accueil d’un site web."
And "product navigation route" would also work for "parcours de descente produits" also from the French description.
The links don't use the term "product navigation" directly but provide useful background reading.

Comment: "Thanks for this idea. It helped me arrive at "product funnel", which was my client's preferred choice."

product view / view product
From the reference in FR, this action signfies getting to view the product via clicking on the image or listing, or using a menu via a tab. I would lean towards the "product view" substantive usage, but you may need to add a verb in some contexts such as "go to" or "access" (product access / access product)
Discussion
I first thought that might be a possibility, but the description in the definition link provided by the asker makes clear it's more of a process than a page, e.g.:
"La descente produits peut se faire par utilisation des onglets et autres menus d’arborescence ou par l’utilisation du moteur de recherche interne."
