Spanish term

catalogo (en sentido de avance tecnologico)

Spanish to English Tech/Engineering Cosmetics, Beauty Binary machine for beauty therapies and physiotherapy
How can catalogo be translated in "el sentido de avance tecnológico" which is the client's comment to me and which I do not understand at all.

It is the subtitle of this section:

CATALOGO
Un salto adelante en la tecnología para tratamientos faciales y corporales.
FLYER
Firmeza en tu piel, fuerza en tus músculos.
El futuro está en las tecnologías combinadas BI para tratamientos faciales y corporales.

@ Eileen After reading your comment to Adriana, are you sure that the nota para traductor is not about the sentence itself as an explanation for Un salto adelante en la tecnología (en el sentido de avance tecnológico)
Eileen Brophy (asker) May 30, 2016:
The commentis to me lorenab23 about the use of catalogo, in this context. But in an advanced technology context I don't know what the difference is in the use of this word. Is it any different to normal use?!! Flyer is used for the advertising, I imagine.
lorenab23 May 30, 2016:
hmmm This looks really weird. Is the client the actual company producing the source text? and what do they mean with flyer? Is it at all possible that the subtitles are really instructions as in: this is the info that will go in our catalog and this is the info that will go on our flyer? :-/

Catalogue/catalog - A technological leap forward

I think the subtitle is an 'explanation' of what the client will find inside the catalogue= A technological leap forward in treatments.
What the flyer's subtitle says stresses this.

No, I didn't understand that. You mean your client wants a different/new word for "catálogo"? That would not be translation then, but creative writing. More context would help.
Note from asker:
So you don't think that they are not asking for a different translation of CATALOGO, in this comment to me, the translator, Adrian? CATALOGO (nota para traductor: es en el sentido de avance tecnológico) Un salto adelante en la tecnología para tratamientos faciales y corporales.

agree neilmac : This is the most straightforward/normal solution IMHO...
