Spanish term

instancia

Non-PRO Spanish to English Medical Pharmacovigilance
Within a description of pharmacovigilance procedures:

"Archivo de las instancias que acompañan a las sospechas de reacciones adversas."

Is it simply referring to "accompanying events" or am I missing something here?

There is an official form to fill in when there is an adverse reaction. I think it might be referring to them.
