(αμπελουργική) εκμετάλλευση
Άρθρο 1
Με την παρούσα απόφαση θεσπίζονται τα συμπληρωματικά μέτρα χρήσης των αναφερόμενων, σε αμπελουργική εκμετάλλευση, ενδείξεων του άρθρου 57 του Καν. (ΕΚ) αριθ. 607/2009 της Επιτροπής στην επισήμανση των Ελληνικών οίνων.
Άρθρο 2
Οι ενδείξεις Κτήμα, Αμπελώνας (ες), Πύργος, Μοναστήρι, Κάστρο, Βίλα, Αρχοντικό, Μετόχι, Αγρέπαυλη, Αμπέλι(α), Ορεινό(α) Κτήμα(τα), Ορεινός (οι) Αμπελώνας (ες) που αναφέρονται σε αμπελουργική εκμετάλλευση, χρησιμοποιούνται πάντοτε σε συνδυασμό με το όνομα της αμπελουργικής εκμετάλλευσης και αποκλειστικά στους οίνους με Προστατευόμενη Ονομασία Προέλευσης (ΠΟΠ) και Προστατευόμενη Γεωγραφική Ένδειξη (ΠΓΕ), εφόσον πληρούνται οι παρακάτω προϋποθέσεις:
α) Ο οίνος να έχει παραχθεί αποκλειστικά από σταφύλια που έχουν συγκομιστεί από αμπελώνες της εκμετάλλευσης και η οινοποίηση να έχει εκτελεστεί εξ ολοκλήρου σε αυτή την εκμετάλλευση.
β) Τα αμπελοτεμάχια της εκμετάλλευσης να βρίσκονται μέσα στην αντίστοιχη ζώνη παραγωγής οίνου ΠΟΠ ή ΠΓΕ (με γεωγραφική ένδειξη Περιφερειακής Ενότητας ή μικρότερης αυτής).
