Comment traduire "that run throughout the property" dans la phrase suivante s.v.p?

Note that dogs are also welcome in the river as well as in the mountain brooks that run throughout the property.

Throughout Seems a bit more extensive than courent à travers / traversent. There are clearly little beooks un peu partout, not just one or two.

pour les ruisseaux on utilisent plutôt courent mais traversent va bien aussi
