Con la prima le entrate vengono destinate prima di tutto alla copertura del minimo garantito e del lancio pubblicitario, poi alla distribuzione degli utili. Gross Receipts derived &om the exploitation of the Cinematic Rights (the "Cinematic Gross Receipts") shall be applied in the following order of priority:

Distributor shall first deduct and retain from 100% (one hundred per ccntum) of the Cinematic Gross Receipts the Recoupable Distribution Costs that relate soleiy to the exploitation of the Cinematic Rights (the "Cinematic Recoupable Distribution Costs").
Following recoupment of the Cinematic Recoupable Distribution Costs, 50% of 100% (one hundred per centum) of the Cinematic Gross Receipts accrues to Distributor and 50% of 100% Cone hundred per
centum) of the Cinematic Gross Receipts accrues to Licensor until Distributor has recouped the Guarantee from Liccnsor's 50% share.
