Policy

English to Chinese Marketing Tourism & Travel Company webpage
It is supposed to be put on the webpage of a travel agency, for hotel booking.

"Cannot create an empty booking policy";
"Policy Amount";
"Edit policy";
"Company Booking Policy removed"...

What is a policy in this context? And what is the Chinese translation?

Strange use of "policy" I haven't seen "policy" used in the context you quoted here. It is uncommon and even weird. All the answers provided are commonly accepted translation of the word "policy". Another commonly used term for policy is in insurance as 保险单. The source text looks funny. If I were you, I would clarify with client on that. Hope it helps.

尤其是 policy amount 那是什么意思?
删除一个策略,或者创建一个策略,好像...做旅游的人是不是有习惯译法呢?

I think it has been written by a non-English native speaker. You may ask the client to provide its definition but if you don't want to do so, the only possible way to make it make sense is to use 订单

agree jarv95888 : It is just as a meaningles word when traslated into Chinese as in the case of insurance. An insurance policy is not a policy; nor is it a strategy. I think t just refers to the booking which is being processed.
