I think that this must be a ‘home made’ version or adaptation of ΕΝ.ΕΚ.Τ.Α., because ΕΕΤΑ is easier to write than ΕΝ.ΕΚ.Τ.Α., and takes up less space in a column, and because the person who wrote the invoice obviously did not expect the invoice to be published anywhere.

ΕΝ.ΕΚ.Τ.Α. is appears to be a section or branch of Ε.Ε.Π.Α. [or the Urban Society of Customs Brokers of Piraeus and Athens].
