It would be clearer if they had written "resto _de_ analítica"
They're just saying that all the other tests (except what they probably reported earlier) are normal/unremarkable.

A couple of examples to help make it clear:
"Resto de analítica con anticuerpos y crioglobulinas fue normal."
"... desviación izquierda y VSG de 44 mm, siendo el resto de analítica de ingreso normal."
They're just saying that all the other tests (except what they probably reported earlier) are normal/unremarkable.
