1) Tighten the nut onto the new Hex cap screw using a 10mm box-end wrench (or socket wrench) on both sides by gradually applying 16Nm torque. Apply Loctite 243 or equivalent approved by EHS (country specific) between screw and nut.
2) After tightening, check for a gap of 0.3mm exists between arm end plug and the Arm at both ends by inserting Gap-setting Gauge provided in the FMI kit.
3) Insert the new button plugs from the FMI kit onto both ends of the arm assembly
4) Remove LOTO from the system.
