Deste modo, desconstruímos a fragmentação de saberes e fazeres, que abre espaços ao recorte biologizante operado pela medicalização e intensificamos as possibilidades de movimentação da rede por meio das integrações e confrontos que se produzem. A promoção de tal circulação problematiza concepções enrijecidas de ética e sigilo, fragmentadoras e que tendem a obstaculizar-se à potência de tais encontros de informações e pensamento.

"recorte" means a frame, a point of view, an approach or perspective, as my colleagues have rightly pointed out.
However, the term "biologizante" suggests that this biological standpoint is biased. So I would go instead with "biologically biased" approach / perspective or whatever term you prefer.
