English term

Titanium IV, [(2-propenolato-1) methyl, n-propanolatomethyl] butanolato-1, tris[

English Science Chemistry; Chem Sci/Eng organic chemistry
Titanium IV, [(2-propenolato-1) methyl, n-propanolatomethyl] butanolato-1, tris[dioctyl] pyrophosphate or KR3538;

(supposedly a coupling agent)

Numerals at the END of a group name (2-propenolato-1) kind of confuse me, is somebody willing to put this formula down in a more conventional manner ?

What is titanium type IV ? I assumed this was oxidation number ?

Anyway, I'd appreciate if you could rewrite the formula with numerals before, not after a functionality. Currently I have no idea where to stick the "1" from "(2-propenolato-1)". I haven't come across this naming convention before.
