English term

wizzarding

English to Spanish Tech/Engineering meat processing
Monitoring procedure.
Bones are weighed before and after "wizzarding".
Eg:
* Weigh the 10 bones before/ after wizzarding.
* Divide the trim weight by the beginning, unwizzarded weight.
Does it have something to do with taking trims out of the bone?

Un tipo de cuchillo

Hola Lorena:

On her first day 20 years ago, she started out as an hourly employee making about $6 an hour in the ground beef trim area. \"They taught me how to use a wizzard knife. I was afraid, I didn\'t know what to expect, I\'d never held a knife in my hand in my life,\" she said. \"It was a simple job, but boring, picking the fat and bones out wasn\'t challenging
