I am doing a translation relating to a hearing regarding a Vatican charity where there was misappropriation of funds. The hearing is a Vatican court and mentions "Con Domanda Riconvenzionale ex art. 230 c.p.c.v. " Normally CPV is Codice Penale Vigente but I don't understand what the other "C" might refer to . Any ideas?
