Just as an example, replace XXX with the name of any premium hotel chain or restaurant you care to think of.

It BRINGS something special in the way of refined luxury TO Paris that hasn't been seen in the city before.
It doesn't actually GIVE the City of Light anything or even change it, it simply adds a new, Parisian chapter to an ongoing story of premium/superior/luxurious hotel accommodation that began in other prominent cities around the world.
