Me neither... what is "unknitted" anyway..? It is either knitted or not.
@Wendy - Your suspicion with the machine translation sounds plausible, I think this maybe can be seen from a picture of the curtain.

I have never heard of knitted or unknitted curtains and can only assume that some not particularly reliable translator has machine translated the German word "Strick", i.e. that there is a cord (or not) somewhere in the curtain.

Flämische Falte

Diese Faltenlegung bei Vorhängen nennt sich Flämische Falte. Dann geht es wohl noch darum, ob das Vorhangmaterial gestrickt ist oder nicht?
