Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

Just my thoughts about this - I often find we can do away with a lot of the repetition of the parties (but that's up to you). Other than that, it's just a case of changing the structure a little.

A bit more juggling
Whichever option you choose, I'd definitely change "When concluding..." to "By concluding" or something similar to reflect the conditional nature of the source text.
