The Care Planning and Court Team is responsible for Care Proceedings from granting of the Interim Care Order to granting of final orders and for Looked After Children aged 0 to 12 years of age on permanency plans.

Social Worker:
In this role you will be responsible for assessments, Court documents and presenting evidence to the Court. You will have responsibility for planning for children in the care of the Local Authority which can be for rehabilitation, placement with friends or family, adoption and/or long term fostering. You will be responsible for undertaking the care planning and Court work required to ensure timely permanency planning is achieved for children and for ensuring adherence to Care Planning regulations for Looked After Children.
