English to Spanish Medical Medical (general) transplant terminology

This is a patient information brochure for kidney transplant patients, talking about medications safe to use in combination with transplant medications: "Some over-the-counter medications may interact with your transplant medications"

In particular, I'm unsure of the best preposition (or phrase) to use between medicamentos and trasplante:

medicamentos de trasplante? para trasplantes? should it be some altogether more descriptive phrase, like medicamentos usados después del trasplante?
