Thanks Fuad.The motion was accepted & went back to court;is it then a retrial hearing? ie to open the case again?

If the retrial motion has been accepted, then what we have is a full-fledged retrial, not a retrial hearing. The new case is called a \"challenge\" to the verdict of the first case.
