Es geht um den korrekten Ablauf und die Form einer Auftragsannahme. Das sind Vorgaben für eine Akkreditierung:

Incoming work orders must identify required information:
Part number, quantity, processing required (including specification), material of parts, any special requirements or deviations to specifications or drawing.
The material from which the parts are made should include enough information to ensure correct processing, e.g. alloy type for anodise, alloy (and hardness condition) for steels to determine if ***embrittlement relief*** is required.
