(w zakresie) jej przedmiotu
with respect to the subject letter thereof
w zakresie jej [=zgody] przedmiotu (w zakresie przedmiotu zgody)
---
if a consent in writing, setting forth the action so taken, shall be signed by all the Members entitled to vote with respect to the subject letter thereof.

w zakresie = odnośnie/w sprawie [with respect to]; the subject (...) thereof (the subject of the consent) = jej przedmiotu = przedmiotu zgody.

przedmiotowy dokument
The "letter" here may be the "document" that has to be consent(ed) to in writing, setting forth the action so taken.
------------------------
There are very few mentions of this phrase. Here is another:
2.8 Informal Action of Members. Any action required to be taken at a meeting of the Members, or any other action which may be taken at a meeting of the Members, may be taken without a meeting if a consent in writing is signed by all the Members entitled to vote with respect to the subject letter thereof.

: Yes. I saw "subject letter thereof". Your rendition with 'dokument' might capture more hence it might be a good crossover if we don't want to correct the typo if any // Right. It's not a typo then. Your answer is perfectly correct

Thanks, Michał. Since I DID find several instances of "letter" on the web, this may not be a typo.

Discussion
Dzięki, have a good time too!
Dzięki!

... but it's "Bud"; still just a pint? Maybe, three pints, though? :)
btw - A pint of idiom, please
Meanwhile ... Frank ... I was in restaurant today, ordered cotelette and these all boring stuff - potatoes, mizeria... and the guy asked what to drink; what do you have? Vodka, wines - lovely selection, beers ... . What kinds of beers...? Plenty of beers ... . Do you have idioms? What... sir? Idioms! Sorry sir, we do not have, but we are going to arrange for - next time. :))

The allusion is to hunting dogs barking at the bottom of trees where they mistakenly think their quarry is hiding.
The earliest known printed citation is in James Kirke Paulding's Westward Ho!, 1832
The phrase must have caught on in the USA quickly after Hall's book. It appeared in several American newspapers throughout the 1830s; for example, this piece from the Gettysburg newspaper The Adams Sentinel, March 1834:
"Gineral you are barkin' up the wrong tree this time, for I jest see that rackoon jump to the next tree, and afore this he is a mile off in the woods.

"sprawa" - nie jest niewłaściwe, ale imo - zbyt szerokie, a już na pewno nie ma powodu uważać "letter" w podanym kontekście za błąd i szczerze mówiąc - nie ma sensu tłumaczyć jako "sprawa";
"letter" to - także dokument, który - po pierwsze, fizycznie - składa się z szeregu elementów, a po drugie - stanowi rekord jakiegoś rejestru, a co za tym idzie - jest związany z czynnościami prawnymi i wywołuje skutki prawne;
udzielone prawo stwierdza się przez wydanie dokumentu.
