: El problema que veo es que una muestra compuesta también puede ser tomada al azar. "Grab sample" implica que es una única muestra, tomada en un único momento, además de ser tomada al azar.

Discussion
1) Muestra Grab - Las muestras tomadas desde una ubicación en particular. Se trata de una muestra única.
2) Muestra compuesto - Una colección de muestras al azar. Las muestras se toman desde el mismo punto pero en momentos diferentes. Se requiere un período extendido más de 24 horas al recoger las muestras. A continuación se recogen las muestras de aguas residuales en una amplia boca de la botella que contiene conservante.
3) Muestra Integrado - Es una combinación de muestras recogidas de varios lugares al mismo tiempo. Todas estas diferentes muestras se mezclan entre sí al final del período de recogida.
